S. B.My mom aged 90 had a hip replacement yesterday. What incredible nursing staff from ward to ICU. One extra special nurse called something like Shadif meaning angel was an angel from the onset. Respect, kindness, polite, well trained. Absolute excellency all round🙏🙏🙏

The hospital and its staff treated us with the most respect and went above and beyond their call of duty. They truly gave me the best Patient Experience. From walking in and being helped by the friendly face - Ivan, to being greeted and assisted by another friendly face - Rose the UAA in Surgical Ward. Then assisted and taken over by shy but very friendly, so eager and passionate Mildred and Sr Sonja that prepared us for theatre.
The Ward Hostess from Reef Catering was so friendly and helpful. The food was absolutely amazing and we were regularly asked by the hostess and nurses if we needed anything and were we still fine.
Sr Lebo that took over from PN Sonja was truly outstanding and her passion for her work shows. Then I would also like to thank Sr Colleen who came to us and greeted us, and for all her regular check in's, she is such an amazing and friendly Unit Manager and you can see her staff is well treated and truly happy. Thank you to Sr Anna-Marie (I hope that is the right name) that did my Urodynamic studies in the spinal rehab center. You are so gentle and friendly. You made the horrible test so quick, pain free, and better than the experience I had in the past with this test.
I also would like to thank the amazing theatre staff and the male SPN in theatre. You were all amazing and so friendly.
Keep up the amazing work and service.

A. M.My mom was very sick wen we took her to the hospital she couldn't even walk but the staff there was so helpful and patient with her
Cos it took her almost 30min to get our of the car but they came with a stretcher and helped us. The staff was very amazing and kind, I'm very happy n proud to say: this is the best place for me and my family. Keep up the good work

N.If anyone looking for best service must consider this hospital, ive receive the best service from the security guard and all the staff, special thank you to Dr L Siakam, he made it easy for my labor and the staff in the maternity ward were so helpful, Sister Didi and Mumsy keep up the good job, you so professional and patient with ur job. Not to forget the NICU staff OMG Ive lost words to thank you enough about your service you gave to my baby and Dr Buduki ure the best.

M.I had the greatest time at maternity ward the sister's are very professional and friendly including the staff that works the,I was in the good hands of sister Didi and not forgetting my Dr Ndjapa they made it easy for me I can never thank you enough.. Good bless you guys and keep up the good work.
F. M.I took my wife there for a doctor's appointment. Its easy accessible and the parking rates was fair. The building and facilities is a good condition and was clearly marked and well maintained I made use of the shop and cafeteria in the building and it's up to standard in my books.
K. B.I want to commend the Muelmed hospital for their friendliness, passion and professionalism, from security, the porter to the medical ward sisters and nurses. In particular Sr Ronel Kruger, and her nursing staff, who goes far beyond the extra mile for their patients.

N.Been to this hospital as a visitor only, but from what I could observe, this is a world class hospital with the friendliest staff i have ever encountered, very clean as well even the toilets, i do however want to raise the question of security, was on the fourth floor reception on the 26th April 2019, when two big Nigerian guys harassed the receptionist aggressively demanding to know what they'll be getting for their money, even when she politely tried to explain that a doctor will give them the full details, one kinda loudly demanded to see the doctor even though there were people who have been there for a while, there has to be a way for staff,patients and visitors to summon security quickly in threatening situations.

N. M.It was okay eventually when I knew which doctor I was going to... Had an appointment early but due to misunderstanding ended up seeing the doctor that I was going to a bit later... The staff though not so helpful at all, I had to start raising my voice a little, to get help which I didn't get... So I had to call back to the doctor who referred me there.
