Clayton House was a very positive experience for me, the quality of the care is amongst the best I have ever experienced. The staff know what they are doing, they use a multidisciplinary approach, and they go to extra lengths to show that they care about you as an individual. The team taking care of me held meetings with my family and sent regular updates on my progress. I highly recommend Clayton House, they helped me get back on my feet and back home. They will always have a very special place in my heart. I sincerely can't thank the team enough.

Visiting a friend found disabled toilet only one available, it was not clean. Bath chair was disgusting. Staff were also in and out using the facilities. Generally it was OK
