Their admin work is too slow. I was discharged by my doctor before mid day, 4 hours later still waiting for my child's clinic card. Haven't had pain killers since morning and the staff at the front desk in the maternity ward have attitude. You would think running away from a public hospital was a good idea..

The hospital is clean and stuff is helpful. The pharmacy is way too slow on 2 occasions I went to. We struggled with birth certificate forms for newborn. First the forms were not sent through or collected to department of home affirs. Seconomy after we collect and take them to the department, we had to come back to the hospital because the forms were not stamped.

I have visited botshilu hospital several times and I always find the staff friendly and easy admin processes. The place clean and beatiful and the people(botshilu employees) are warm.
