I had an ankylosed tooth, which put my orthodontic treatment on hold. Dr Desai analysed my mouth and tooth to find the best route forward for me. After he explained all my options clearly and discussed it extensively with my orthodontist. I was shortly booked to have a corticotomy after the 3 of us agreed that it was the best choice to solve the problem. I don't think I've ever had such a comfortable and painless surgery/operation in my life. I didn't feel any pain, I understood everything that was going on. Even after the operation, clear instructions for recovery were explained to me verbally and given to me on paper as a reminder. My recovery process was 100% seemless, with no pain at all afterwards too. My tooth is moving just the way that it should, and I am super grateful to Dr Desai and AOS for making this happen. And for making it happen painlessly and professionally.

Had 4 of my wisdoms removed in chair and the whole experience was painless and seamless. Dr Desai is gentle and checks in on you frequently during the procedure to make sure you’re comfortable. He is really thoughtful and kind! The supporting staff is friendly too - from the reception lady all the way to the office manager. Highly recommend.

I had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr Desai and it was truly an A++ experience! From the very first consultation to the next visit for the actual procedure, it was seemless. Dr Desai is very professional, kind, reasonable and tries to accommodate your needs as much as he is able to and always works on building a good rapport with his patients. There were no unnecessary costs and the transparency of the establishment was evident. The other staff are also so pleasant and professional! The actual procedure was so quick and painless. At the first consultation, I was given the opportunity to choose how I would like to be anaesthetized (local Anaesthetic in his rooms or in theatre) and I chose local. Dr Desai explained everything before he did it and would frequently check on how I was doing. I was anaesthetize thoroughly so the process was completely painless and was done in under 20-30 mins. He explained all I needed to know regarding post-op care and things that I should expect. But he went above and beyond be giving me a typed out version of everything he had said and a typed out script! The following day he sent a message to check on on me and make sure I was okay. Truly Superb service delivery and I would 100% recommend Dr Desai, his team and his practice to anyone.
