Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff - what a breath of fresh air! Management clearly invests in staff training and it shows. I'll easily make the trip from Paarl to shop here. Huge selection too.

Good customer care. The attendant did a great job. He directed us to the quality paint we wanted. He mixed it according to the colors of our choice. He was very friendly, efficient and effective. All the commodities we had gone to purchase were available in the stalls. Glue for carpets was procured by us. It works very well and fantastic. This is a great hardware store. Come and grab yours too.

Guys, I'm giving you 5 stars. Maybe not perfect everytime, but whose perfect. You are a little pricey, but then, Im free to shop any other place. You have so much stock under one roof. Its a pleassure to stop here. To the young ladies. Manager, give them a raise, they almost all excellent in manners, attitude and willingness to assist. Honestly, they stand out to other businesses. I told Buildit Vredendal to travel to Wellington Buildit to see what service is. Management. Well done in training your staff. Well done in being on the floor, being active at times. May I suggest.. Open a training centre for other businesses, and teach them what well trained staff are like.. Thank you..
