I write the epos because it comes from my heart. We are from Prince Albert. We build in Prince Albert and are originally from Johannesburg. When we stepped in at Built it, Stefan helped us. I don't know where he comes from, but where I come from I have never received such service. We got all our bathroom for 3 bathrooms, lights, tiles you name it from you and what we didn't get, Stefan ordered for us. He kept me on whats app and updated me every day. We must have driven to Oudtshoorn again on Saturday and Stefan wasn't working, but then he mentioned if we were close I should tell him then he would meet us at Built it. This is certainly the best service I have ever received from anywhere. He knew exactly what we were looking for. Given his opinion. He had my picture in his head and knew exactly what I should get such as faucet extensions etc. On behalf of me and my husband, we just want to say a big thank you to Stefan and I think Built It Oudtshoorn can be proud to have such a dedicated person as an employee.
