I bought a heat tech geyser for a client and element was faulty unreported it and they told me 24 to 48 hours to log a fault I think this is appalling considering it is a new geyser then tell me the serial number that security wrote down was incorrect. I ended up replacing the element at my cost to keep client happy . Timber section I must say are excellent I work with them often as well as the rest of the store but those guys are excellent on those machines

The prices not too steep and they are fully stocked. You always get what you need and friendly service. They need to manage queues and have one excess point to the queues.

I am busy with home maintenance and painting window frames and the labourer lost some of the brass screws for the latches. After phoning a friend he recommended that I try the Build It in Boshoff Street. I went to the store a bit sceptical and was pleasantly surprised. The store was busy with many cars in the carpark. Eventually I drove around and found many extra parking bays. I waited a bit to get someone to point me in the right direction as there is a large range of tools, equipment and all you could need for any maintenance project. I found some brass screws and enquired about some other products, which my sales assistant referred me to a different sales consultant. As I was in a hurry to get out of the heat, I shall phone and get a price. Staff were friendly and helpful I SHALLL certainly be back.

The shop is convinient for the community and staff attitude is very good if only they could sort out their packaging or delivery area, it become too packed with vehicles to collect and poor security that have to sort out impatient people who waits longer for their goods to be deliverd to them. Otherwise thanks for bringing it closer to the community
