Had the Awesome Carports and Awnings team replace the carport covers at the factory today. A job I assumed would take a few days to do, was done within a couple hours. Their quote was also almost half of what I received from our regular contractors. I called on Wednesday afternoon after 4pm. Naresh came to see me on Thursday morning to measure and quote. I received the quote within an hour of him leaving the factory. By Friday, morning tea-time, the covers were replaced and the job was complete. The team was extremely efficient and neat. Excellent job guys, well done. They definitely do live up to their name!

High expectations! This is what I had when I called Naresh for my Pergola build. It is said the higher the expectation the easier to disappoint. A few years ago Awesome awnings installed a 4 car carport for us, which I found an issue with and advised the team. They assured me whatever found will be resolved and they came to have a look and we found it was actually hit by a truck. Either way they attended to repairing and we actually moved it same time. The entire process was quick and efficient from Naresh coming out to investigate and the team under Eric's supervision getting it done. I appreciated them getting on with it without constantly asking me questions. Only once was I asked to confirm the new position proposed was in order. They left the site clean and tidied, filled old holes and even refitted the gutter pipes to my Jojo that was not part of their scope of work.
