I was welcomed at the door, they had everything I needed, lots of assistants, all knowing where the products are located. Check out was seamless and done with a positive attitude and a smile. All of this is very important to me as I live in a small Karoo town, didn't know the outlay of the strore and they made the effort of going there absolutely worthwhile. Thank you team.

I previously posted a rate of 3 stars, but this morning I needed to shop for my business and as I walked in, I was greeted. Then I was assisted as I went through the isles and finally the Teller was even more pleasant. It made all the difference and I think it should be acknowledged.

A huge improvement in store layout, stock availability and staff proficiency. Parking is a pain purely because people don't adhere to the clear one-way infront of the store. Coffee shop is amazing especially with the cold weather.

Such superb customer service! The staff there intuitively know what a customer needs and do their best to provide. I'm so impressed. The other day, I went back because I needed a refund. And I came out of there in less than 5 minutes. Just wow!

Shopping experience here wasn't too bad at all. Perfect sized store in a great location, easy to locate. One thing however that could be improved is the parking lot. Parking here is a nightmare, car park is far too small, if this could be improved then it would be more of a pleasure 👍 Other than that, thumbs up for this store 👍

Had to drive there from Centurion Builders, to Midrand, to Fourways to get the bathroom mirrors we wanted. Fortunately Midrand phoned Rivonia who also showed some on their 'system', but had none. PLEASE Builders, your system is useless if it's not updated!! It was most frustrating driving around trying to find where your stock is, and your assistants varied from very helpful to totally disinterested.

It's a great warehouse which is fully packed with various stock, products and tools for indoors and outdoors. It's a full house warehouse that has all the material for building, maintenance, renovation and construction. Also locksmith available for making spare keys. You will never go wrong with Builders Warehouse Fourways Crossing. Great customer services and friendly cashier, sales assistants and management team. Covid-19 regulations and procedures still followed.

Your one stop shop for all your hardware, building and gardening needs. If you can think it they have got it. They have a nursery for all your seedling,flower and plants needs. They have been truly helpful in getting my swimming pool water to the right chemical balance

Great service, car park entry & exit can improve, too many handyman loiter outside. Delivery trucks & private delivery hire lorries cause traffic obstructions. But internal customer service is very good.

You can get most things you want and the staff are reasonably knowledgeable. I hate going in and out and the queues are sometimes very long. The entrance and parking are a mission. Use the entrance from the Fourways Crossing circle, it's easier to get in and out.
