What a great experience, from pricing to customer service. I went in to purchase just a kitchen sink but because of the remarkable service with a smile and willing to assist, from my attendant Shuaybu. I ended up purchasing much more than just a sink. I will recommend that this remarkable guy to be acknowledged by the store management for his outstanding customer service. We do not get this kind of service anymore. Because of the service from Shuaybu, I will certainly be driving from Boksburg to Clayville for all my building material

Raised 17/12/2024 I ordered online on the 29th of November and the item I ordered unfortunately was not supposed to show delivery option for outside of GP province of which on my order it allowed for. Delivery, the store called me to advise and they resorted to honoring the delivery. I have been following up and getting stories and promises every time I follow up on the delivery of this order to Date my items are not delivered and my house doesn't have a door because of. Poor communication and dishonesty..if the store was not going to honor the delivery they should say so instead of telling stories daily Updated 18/12/2024 Thank you Faheem for taking your time to call and acknowledge my complaint. I received my order yesterday in good condition. I truly appreciate the effort you took to listen to me and allow me to voice out my concerns and Because of that I will Definitely be coming back to buy from your shop.
