My hairdresser Courtney is amazing! I've been going to her for over 10 years now. Friends remark how thick and lovely my hair is even after pregnancy (before I was slowly losing my hair!) The only reason I don't give it a 5 star is because of reception. I have to call at least 5 times to get reception to answer. Sometimes, I even just give up and message my hairdresser directly. Please sort out your receptionists so there is someone to pick up the phone calls!

My first experience: They probably spent less 30 seconds washing my hair, my hair was not conditioned and the cut seemed very rushed. The hairdresser did not understand what I wanted nor take the time to understand. He seemed very impatient to move on to the next customer. I was extremely disappointed on how my hair looked and the experience of this place in general! A week later: Elani called me to fix this situation and my next experience was much better, Angelic was my new stylist and he did a fantastic job! Thanks for following up and giving me a great haircut!

Always Love Franco. The Hyde park branch is a little more select but to be honest the one in Cresta has always been great too. A consistent chain of hairdressers. Wonderful hair supplies band great frequent customer bonuses

Franco review 28/09/17 I've been a regular client of Franco's Int for a no of years now and am treated like family at all times -- but wanted family !! Consistency has always been the cornerstone of Franco's mantra I would assume as that's what appears to be the thread that keeps this well oiled apparent chaos (not!!) together .. tho some stylists have left and new ones take their place , standards are never compromised . I believe too that consistency is a key element with regards to the service which is second to none; and on a personal note, i particularly find it heartwarming that each and every staff member appears to know me, taking the time to either just say hello , see if I require anything , or hang out ( time permitting :) to catch up. Professionally, one does feel that YOU and YOUR hair care specialist are working together on not only the colour the style etc but the actual health of your hair. That's very key for me. And too, as always , I walk out looking a million bucks ! Thank you Nikki Lacey

Jazel is an amazing hair stylist with a positive energy that leaves you feeling great, besides the amazing haircut and new look, her positivity, advice and compliments were sincerely appreciated. The service from the staff in general, from walking into the door to leaving was sensational, attentive, caring and friendly. I have already made my next appointment! Franco sandton is the very best salon...the guys here are kind and caring and really take the time out to listen to your needs...Especially jerry and khumbu..they are the very best... I had great lengths extensions inserted with franco and their service is EXCELLENT..THANK U GUYS..U ROCK AT FRANCO SANDTON This place deserves a 10 out of 10 for the best service....
