My previous hairdresser completely butchered my hair! I had no choice but to re cut and style my hair a day later. Fortunately, Lindi knew exactly what she was doing!! Not only did Lindi fix my hair, but styled it in 2 different ways so that I could see the final results. Even when I had to say goodbye to my long hair due to my previous experience, she was kind and sympathetic. I'm super thankful!! I now feel confident with the cut and style. I've found my new hair stylist!! 😁

I always have an amazing experience at this hair salon. Its not the same as going to any other Carlton. Apart from offering you a lovely cup of coffee they give the best head massages at the wash basin. They take so much of pride to the finest of details- not a strand will be out of place. In terms of their hair cuts you would never go wrong by trusting with them with a hair cut. They are amazing, friendly, very particular with every customer and always so professional. They make me feel like a celebrity. I had a brilliant hair cut with perfect layers done. Followed by a blow dry of brush curls and flicks. I'm always so happy after leaving there. But this Saturday I was super impressed with their service that I had to boast about them through a review. I highly recommend them and I have no doubt that you'd walk out of there like you're ready to walk down a red carpet!

It was a really good experience, the staff are super friendly and welcoming. I went for a hair cut (gents) and they washed my hair really nicely, cut my hair better than I've ever had before. And it also really nice to have a conversation with the person who is tending to the service you requested, quite wholesome actually.

Took my teenage grandson to have a haircut. He had one disappointment at another establishment, so was worried. They are polite, friendly, on time professional and had a VERY satisfied customer. To add it, he felt pampered. Reasonably priced too.

Packages are slightly pricey but worth the cost. They give good structured cuts, coloring I'm not that sure about as it varies with your type of hair and color. But overall its a good hair dresser.
