As a forty something year old I signed up for the adult learn to swim lessons. I have been very happy with the systematic and careful training, starting right from the missing basics all the way up to fine details of stroke and posture. The pool is heated so that swimming in winter is lovely too. Thanks to Liz for her patience and professionalism.
