You got to love everything about this gym. The service is just good and the in-house kiosk offers great services, they serve quality smoothies and sandwiches all round. A very efficient team is always on the move to help you navigate the gym and figure out how to work out.

The gym is small and not busy at all except peak times. Staff needs to be friendlier like VA Cresta. Equipment is world class and enough space now that the gym is not crowded like before.

Excellent facilities, fairly new equipment and friendly staff. Lost a star for the lack of sufficient hair dryers. 2 hairdryers between 8-10 women in the morning is seriously not enough. Will update if rectified

This gym is good. But the equipments r getting very old. most of the times some equipments r not in working condition. There is always queue in treadmill during peak hours. swimming pool always has chlorine smell, water can be better treated with other methods before injecting so much chemicals. people prefer Broadacres and chilli lane or dainfern virgin active when compared to this one due to old equipments.

Absolutely love the weight machines especially the hack squat machine and leg press. Only issue the treadmill mills are pap actually the whole cardio section is a sad taste for what fourways is known for
