I was introduced to Crossfit Ivory by Garth. I was not sure what to expect. I was unfit ,overweight and very tired. The team assited and guided me (very professionally) to be comfortable with the slow pace I needed to built up my strength and improve my fitness level.initially it was very difficult, but the coaches encouraged me with every session. I am currently attending 3days (one hour sessions)a week. I'm almost keeping up with the young ones. I feel amazing.My fitness level and general health have improved . The bonus,,I have lost 4DRESS SIZES,, Thank you Ladies (Estevan and Sherilee) and the guys for all your encouragement. Without you this change of life style would not have been possible. Crossfit ivory is a pocket of excellence. Thank you team IVORY. This is hard work guys ,I'm still recovering from yesterday's work out. Rose C
