Absolutely love Danielle. She is so enthusiastic about what she does and really puts her heart and soul into helping you work on your body. She takes special in her clients, especially with me cause I’ve got lower back problems so she does exercises with me to help my lower back and she constantly checks that my form is good. She even did a sports massage for me and that helped a lot. Overall she is great at what she does but also makes you feel welcome

Danielle has the rare talent to make a Pilates class feel like you're having fun with a bunch of friends. You can follow along at your own pace and she's your number one supporter. Her kindness and knowledge have no limits and she keeps every Pilates class interesting. Who knew that I would be excited to attend an exercise class... even during the cold winter months!

Danielle is an amazing biokinetic. I went to see her once in person, to do a evaluation of the issues I was having (I have a bad knee), but its been online since and I have only seen improvements. What I like the most about Danielle is that she does everything she prescribes with you (the exercises etc.). I also do online Pilates and personal fitness with her and its a bonus since she knows the body so well, understands my limits and where my issues are. Works on the problem areas without me injuring myself. WOULD RECOMEND
