If you keen to see your kids/tweens/teens grow in strength and precise excersise, this is definitely the place to be! Coach Lara gives her time and focuses on quality of workout! My tweens love a session at CF360VIDA!!

I've gotta admit. I used to be one of those guys standing on the sidelines pulling my nose up at CrossFit. But then a friend convinced me to try a class with her at CrossFit 360Vida and it changed the game entirely. The coaches, community and workouts are the reason you keep pushing yourself harder and harder every time you go. Hooked and will never go back to training another way again.
