Through one or two 'yogalates' classes a week, Stefanie has helped me gain a whole new perspective on my body. Exercising is fun, at my body's pace and very relaxing. I can already feel a difference in my back which has been giving me problems for years. It is lovely to be in such sweet and calm company while exercising.
