Petrol attendants always friendly and they had license disk stickers where the other 4 or 5 garages I tried didn’t.

Bare minimum service during nightshift, even at 7:30pm on a Friday. All attendants were in the staff room amd slowly walk onto the forecourt after a car stops. Attendant just said "Howsit" and dispensed the fuel. Did not offer to wash windows, check oil water or tyres or ask about loyalty.

I would like to specifically mention and thank the lady behind the counter and the manager who stepped in the gap at the Shell service station shop today at around 09h00. I was being harassed by a homeless man in the forecourt who was demanding money from me. I was courteous to him but he didn't let up. I then went inside to order and pay for my coffee and mentioned my experience. The lady behind the till immediately apologised and went to inform the manager who promptly dealt with the situation to ensure that his customers feel safe and are not harassed. I appreciate this level of customer service and care. Thank you.
