Really love the new location. Ship is bigger nicely laid out and has a coffee shop in it as well. A good selection with something for everyone.

The staff are super helpful and knowledgeable. The parking guards seem to have a chip on their shoulders for some reason.. They have a remote gate that the security let's you out via... Not sure why the guards have such a bad attitude 🤷🏻‍♂️

Secure off street parking. Accessible for disabled. Spacious, neat, wide aisles. Well stocked, large variety of brands. Staff knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. Coffee snd Cake bar reasonably priced. Nursery is functional. They don't deliver anymore.

Helpful staff, however I think being able to browse alone will add value to the shopping experience instead of the over abundance of helpers trying to rush you- gardening should be personal and enjoyable to discover yourself. I feel that some of the good quality chemicals could be stocked in smaller , more affordable bottles- in the recession should we fork out R350 to R500 for 1L a hobbyist may not use in one season? However their selection of items are really good when compared to other stores. Will shop again but a more natural experience is needed.

Outstanding selection of high quality plants with a wide range of garden accessories. Quaint coffee shop inside the store that makes the best chicken mayo toasted sandwich I have tasted in Durban. Solid selection of coffees and cakes. Would recommend.
