What a pleasant experience doing business with this compony. All the praise to John and his team. He is very professional and you can see he has a love for his couches. He and his team even helped us load our couch and he sealed it very nicely so it would not get damaged. I highly recommend to ask for John when you want to buy a couch at DD furniture. Would definitely recommend him to people we know. Thank you John what lovely experience.

Service delivery- I'm not happy with. The mistake made was to give us an exact time frame by which we would receive our couch and then we had to keep calling to ask when the couch was arriving and it kept being delayed. The couch itself - We are very happy with. Excellent workmanship. Beautiful stitching and leather.
