I was there on the 31st of August and Trust was the sales person that assisted me. He was very patient with me trying out every single coach, bed etc. His knowledge was great and even though he was trying to help numerous people at once, he still managed to assist everyone promptly and efficiently. He was friendly and overall I am impressed with the service and the value for money. Only small inconvenience is trying to get a hold of them via the landline afterwards to discuss delivery etc. The phone just rings and rings and rings.

Relatively affordable furniture. We purchased quite a few products from here. Check the quality and determine what you will use it for before buying to get an idea for how long it will last. I liked the paintings, occasional chairs and bar-stools that we purchased which have not been problematic (actually the quality of certain items are better than Mr Price). They also offer delivery at a small fee.

service is good. Do you want to furnish your small apartment quick then this is the place to go. But if you want to furnish your big house then you're at the wrong place. products are not at top quality. They're just okay👌

I want to say a big thank you to Donnie who was willing to wait a few extra minutes for me to pick up my tv stand, because I got stuck in William Nicol traffic. He was so helpful and friendly and understanding. I also appreciated the help I got inside the store when I was looking.

I got good service from them and all the furniture that I bought was good quality. I would recommend decofurn Fourways to people. They do get very busy at times and to get help can be a bit difficult but when they help the service is good. Only thing I can say they must improve on is talking a bit louder on the phone and I'm person. Sometimes it is difficult to hear them.

I wanted a TV stand and I was hesitant to go after reading almost 90% of the bad reviews but I went in anyway got my TV stand no hassle.. And I'm pleased.. Could be because they had it in stick already thus the speedy services.. Overall.. One happy customer 😉

Sadly the service in the Store at Fourways is exceptionally bad. One is always made to feel like the staff are doing us (the clients) a favour they are not friendly nor helpful. The collection area staff are amazing.

They have nice and affordable furniture, but please be aware that most of their furniture needs to be assembled once delivered to your home, which can be daunting if your are not technically minded.
