K.We did funeral preparations for my late grandmother telephonically(while we were at Polokwane the funeral was to be held at Rusternburg) with Makhatsho funerals "Hebron branch manager" : the service was excellent we were briefed about every detail and our family made a choice choosing from various available choices that suits our budget.
The manager & drivers were patient enough to communicate with family over conference calls until we reached an agreement.
There were no disappointments we received more than what we had expected.
I do recommend Makhatsho Funerals based on their professionalism, courtesy and way of communication during bereavement is excellent.
