I have visited the Liberty Head Office in Menlyn on two occasions: a few months ago, and recently, a week ago. During both visits, I was greatly impressed by the extremely friendly and efficient service. I was very competently assisted by Patricia Nyambeni - she processed my requests far more quickly than I expected, in a courteous and friendly way. While there, I observed that her interaction with other clients was equally positive. She even followed my requst up with a phone call, two days later to report progress. As an Industrial Psychologist, I have had much to do with service delivery, and I can say with certainty that Patricia is an asset for your company. Please convey my thanks to her.
