Went there for a year end, and it was amazing. Their service was beautiful. The meal... I chose the chicken.. was great and their cheesecake was good. Would've loved seconds though.

Having organised an event at Summer Place in Sandton the previous year, I opted for a modern change and selected The Venue, Melrose Arch for a modern appearance. The entire team at the venue delivered a truly amazing service throughout the two days. From planning to execution, I could not fault any of the staff in any way. The venue is spread across two floors with ample seating and room for any type of conference or event. Audio/visual setup was a breeze as the in-house team were knowledgeable and experienced on the equipment offering advice and work-arounds to problematic. Exquisite breakout rooms on the 1st floor add a refined touch. Highly recommend for events, both commercial and private.

Been to a few corporate events here and it’s always pretty decent. Good sound and facilities. The only issue I’d say is that the catering has always been a bit underwhelming at every event in this venue. Pretty generic and bland tasting finger foods with lacklustre drink options. Also the catering staff are a bit slow. Not terrible by any stretch but not up to the standards of the gorgeous venue itself.

Beautiful events venue. Lighting, Sound the upper lounge and coffee bars... Just beautiful setup. If yoj want to host a high quality event, this is the right place. Melrose Arch also sets the right tone prior to entering the venue. It is perfectly located in my opinion.
