My therapist, Jana, helped me a lot with the recovery of my wrist. She gave me great advice on which medical help to seek and then helped me with the recovery process thereafter. She made multiple braces specially moulded for my wrist for the multiple stages of my recovery as well. My wrist is now fully healed. And she is still there for me whenever I need advice when I am affraid of injuring it again. My experience with Jana was excellent and I would highly recommend her.
