We needed an emergency appointment for our 4-year-old son while on holiday, and I cannot recommend this dental practice enough! From start to finish, the service was absolutely phenomenal. Every staff member we encountered went above and beyond to make the experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. We were assigned a concierge/receptionist Layaan who was incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure we were comfortable and well-informed at every step. The communication throughout was excellent—clear, professional, and reassuring. Dr. Singh was outstanding! Her knowledge and expertise were evident, and it’s clear she doesn’t cut any corners when it comes to care. The anesthetist was brilliant with kids, making our son (and us!) feel at ease, and the hygienist patiently answered all our questions, even recommending some fantastic products for follow-up care. This practice truly stands out—it’s a cut above in every way. If you’re looking for exceptional dental care, this is the place to go!

Dr Ramjee was incredible, such a knowledgeable man and helped me out instantly with my abscess. He saw me very last minute around 6pm on a Sunday and was so good. Wrote me a prescription and sorted the issue that I haven’t been able to get solved back home in the UK. Well priced for the help I had and what a lovely man, he ensured I got into my Uber safely and organised for the prescription to be picked up on my way back to my hotel. Very efficient, amazing service and highly recommend Dr Ramjee

Dr Ratan specialises in implants. He knows EXACTLY what he is doing,Dr went out of his way to help me , plan with me and going beyond to find out what I got done in Saudi to better help me. And without a doubt he made it work and before I knew it he gave me a brand new tooth. He made me feel I am in good hands and I was. He works quick and efficient. And so does his nurse Mags, friendly, supportive and knows exactly what she is doing. His receptionist Naashita always followed up on my appointment, she was always super warm and welcoming. They are a TEAM. & I thank you again for giving me a confident smile. (again) 🫶🏻

I have recently changed dentists and am blown away by Dr Ratan's fast, precise and relatively pain free expertise. Despite being a really bad, scared patient, the doctor and his assistant managed to make me feel relaxed and safe to an extent where the dentist is not the worst place in the world to me anymore.. My veneers that had to be replaced was the least traumatic experience that i have had in a dentists chair and i could not be happier with the finished product. Dr Ratan personally checks up on you after the work as does the surgery. The premises are modern, clean, sleek and all staff are professional, courteous and generally just nice people. Ratan and Singh practice provides the best service and expertise that i have come across as yet. My killer smile says it all!

Two words - THE BEST! Recently completed a whole smile make-over and it was truly one of the best experiences I have ever had. From the first day I walked trough the doors of Ratan & Singh I felt at home. They truly have a massive pasion for their craft. Dr Singh is a true master at what she does mixed in with the most sincere and accommodating personality. I could not have asked for a better person for the job. Every Step of her process was painless and carefully planned out, right to the last little adjustments. I finally have the smile I have always wanted! Big thanks to Dr Ratan too for being there through it all and the amazing help along the way! All the love to each and every staff member and the level of professionalism and quirk they bring to the practice! From being very accommodative with setting up dates to the shoulder rubs when getting an injection. Special thanks to Dominique for not only the best and most painless cleaning experience I've ever had, but for all the little tips and tricks along the way! I really like the atmosphere they have and of course the space and view alone is something to go back to. Don't forget having the option to play your own music while they do their magic! Ratan & Singh Advanced Dentistry has truly changed the game and the way I think about going to the dentist! We've (wife & I) just recently visited for cleanings for the first time and were blown away with the amazing service we received. Our hygienist was thorough, gentle, and knowledgeable and made the whole process feel like a dream. Having seen Dr. Ratan in the past, we are excited to see him expand into his own venture! We've done a lot of work with him and we'll continue to support him going forward. It was also fantastic to receive a message from them the next morning to check in on how we were doing. Another fantastic experience at Ratan Singh. Aside from my new smile (which I couldn’t be more thrilled with) the space is beautiful, the staff are friendly and the service is fabulous. Dr Ratan is of course a superstar, and explains things clearly, as well as what your options are before starting the treatment. I like that he doesn’t automatically jump to the most invasive and expensive option as his first port of call, but gives you more conservative options as well so you can make the decision that is best for you you. Would recommend Ratan Singh to anyone!

Dr. Ratan and Dr. Singh are just incredible. The first time I visited Dr. Ratan, my plan was to have 2 molars removed. Instead, he said to me, "Dennis, you know what, you don't have to lose these teeth. I can save them!" That is exactly what Dr. Ratan did. Dr Nivedna Singh is dentist that has immense passion in her field of work. She strives for perfection and her work speaks wonders. She is gentle, kind and understanding. She has the ability to make going to the dentist the least stressful of experiences. Listen up! If you ever toyed with the idea or dreamed of that perfect smile (veneers / crowns), do it now! Do not wait (like it did) for 46 years before you feel comfortable to smile on a photo or at a person at your local store. I wished I had done this earlier - as it literally changed my life . I radiate confidence, which I lived my whole life without. The house, the car, the labels… If I knew then what I know and is experiencing now, the direction of your life would have changed decades ago. There is absolutely no price you can place on having this procedure done. Yes – it’s not cheap. But find a way. It is worth every cent in the long run! With that said – doing the research and finding the right practice and a dentist who knows what he / she is doing is of utmost importance with veneers / crowns. These things are for life and the smallest slip-up can be detrimental and irreversible. I spent hours reading every single review on Google, went to three local dentists, and even two celebrated “tv dentists”, after I settled on Dr Ratan. And the reason I chose him, was his absolute confidence (in addition to the reviews of his practice). When I mentioned to him what I wanted to get done (which I thought - and was told by other Dentists - were a mammoth task) he treated it as just another one of his many rodeos. “No big deal. Let’s go”. Go for a consultation at least and ask to see my before and after dental records and pictures – which I make available to anyone who is still in two minds or is holding back by whatever challenge. You can start small. With two or four teeth and work your way up from there.
