I was treated by Dr. Rene Thiersen and my experience was so amazing that words can’t describe. I created an appointment via the web page with ease and got confirmation via sms and email. I also received a reminder the day before my appointment. I had no need to phone which makes it very convenient. Once I arrived I was greeted by a friendly receptionist and she made me feel most welcomed. I was then introduced to Dr. Rene who looked and advised me of my options. She was so friendly and made me feel as if I was the most important person in the world. Dr. Rene made me feel comfortable and I could trust her and her assistant who added comfort taking care of me. Dr. Rene had to surgically removed a wisdom tooth. I was so afraid as I have a fear of dentistry. However Dr.Rene made me feel brave, assured me that she and her assistant will take good care of me. Dr. Rene was true to her word and my experience was pain free and comfortable. Also Dr. Rene had a good sense of humour and made me smile as this added making me feel more comfortable. Dr. Rene made sure that I must contact her to the office or direct if I feel any discomfort or pain after the surgery was completed. I am truly grateful for Dr. Rene and her staff for taking real good care of me. I highly recommend that you go to DentalQMA. I was recommended by a friend and I so happy that he did.

It was my first time with a new dentist in 30 years, yesterday - mine retired at the end of 2023. So I was nervous. But Govert was gentle, explained what he was doing every step of the way, checked in regularly that I was comfortable and generally inspired confidence. Oh, and the dental problem is resolved. His calm and collected demeanor puts you at ease, and with a wealth of experience showing when he explains everything very clearly and is genuine in his interactions with his clients. I particularly liked that his approach was conservative and focused on maintenance and not 'fixing things that aren't broken'.

Professional & friendly. My 12 year old daughter absolutely loves Dr. Pauw! She is completely relaxed and comfortable in his chair which makes going to the dentist an absolute breeze. 😎 I go to Dr. Renè whom I adore! I'm a complete sissy when it comes to dentists, but she has not hurt me once! Even removed my wisdom 🦷in the chair! 👍 I highy recommend them both. ❤️Dr. Pauw is most definitely a great choice for younger children. If you want to give your little ones a great first dentist experience then head to DentalQMA. You won't be disappointed. They have offices in Stellenbosch and Somerset-West

Dr Pauw is a fantastic dentist, with an excellent bedside manner. I had an emergency yesterday, and on short notice they were able to assist. The visit was quick and I'm extremely happy with the result. Based on a similar procedure that I had elsewhere, Dr. Pauw was also a quarter of the price. Highly recommend.

Was my first time at these dental rooms. Honestly, I was a nervous reck as change isn't easy. Reception was clean and welcoming. Zanelie was friendly and gentle as ever and reassuring through the time in the chair. Dr Pauw was incredibly professional, and forthcoming in sharing his knowledge and what he was doing. I didn't even feel the injection and am super stoked with how my tooth came out after completion. Will certainly be going back to fix the others and will take my family there as well. Especially as he has knowledge on kidney and kidney transplant patients as they plays a huge impact on our family values and lives in the long run. Thank you for the care and professionalism from start to finish!!
