On the day of our departure, Mr Sheldon Jacobs, were on his way to pick us up. He was in contact the entire time and shared his live location whereby I could follow him. He provided regular updates and ensure that we were on time for our return flight.
After our trip, Sheldon made contact with me wrt the item he found in the shuttle which belongs to my nephew. Without hesitation, Sheldon indicated that he will courier it to Cape Town. He was in contact with me from the time he handed / deposited the packaged until I received it.

I. S.Such great and professional service. Chiko was amazing. He carried my suitcases, both weighing 32 kilograms, with great ease and without me having to ask. The vehicle he arrived in was spotless and despite very hectic traffic, we arrived at the airport in good time where he grabbed a trolley and loaded my suitcases. He also got the trolley up on the curb, something I would have battled with. Very impressed.
