I did a few BARS sessions with Deanne. I found the experience extremely helpful and I was so relaxed after being really wound up by sick kids and general life. I highly recommend using Deanne, she is a natural healer, great listener and has a gift with her craft. She is well priced and I would highly recommend her treatments. Deanne offers a combination of brain training and physical therapy to help change the way we think and act in situations that may be causing us to live sub-optimal lives. She discusses possible routes to discover what would help most for each individual. After some practice, I feel happier, stronger mentally and more productive. Would highly recommend.
