I phoned CreateSA a week ago and asked if I could have something printed on a garment. The guy that answered said no problem. I asked him twice if there are any type of material that they could not print on and he ensured me all types of material are fine. So I went and bought two fleecy garments. Today I went to have the printing done - only to be told that they cant print on fleecy material. I was very upset and told them that it was unacceptable. I drove from Welkington to Paarl especially for the printing. The two guys apologized for the guy who gave me the wrong information. Point is, I was wrongly informed and I had bought garments which cannot be printed on. The printing is for a very special event and now it can't be done. If you don't have the correct info, don' let a customer suffer because of your incompetence.
