Shuabe at the Tokai branch was absolutely amazing he was so professional, patient and understanding with our cupboard designs. From the time you enter the show room to the installation of the cupboards everything was handled with such care and professionalism.

We needed to replace my very boring main bedroom cupboard doors for something more classic and modern at the same time. I had the pleasure to work with Shaube of ELK Tokai. He understood what was required and made sure he measured the cupboard doors on site twice before the order was placed with the factory. Shaube has a high level of attention to detail as well as providing great communication during the process. His quotes arrived promptly and making a decision to go forward with ELK was easy and I was confident that the order would be well managed. In addition, Shaube was able to direct us as to the best option to give us the best results. The cupboards were completed exactly on time. Albeit we wanted to do the installation with our handyman, Shaube made sure we had the measurement plans and gave me the tips on how the hinges work to enable a stress free installation. The cupboard doors were completed exactly on time and the quality is excellent. I also ordered the han-gry "overhang" bread board at the same time which was a gift for my husband. It was delivered to ELK offices - on time - and handed over to me beautifully packaged with a gold ribbon attached - a very special personal touch. The bread board adds a very functional and fun addition to my kitchen. A great experience with ELK.

We are so happy with the final product and the whole process leading up to it. ELK custom-made our living room bookshelves based on a design we had. Shuabe’s communication was prompt; his team was respectful of our space; they troubleshooted problems with ease and professionalism; gave us a finish that matched our kitchen style; and worked extra hard to get it all done on time.
