On requesting a quote from Dewald Louw Construction on a project more challenging than the normal dwelling alterations, I was enthusiastically guided by a knowledgeable Dewald in person. What transpired in those initial telephonic communications rapidly turned into getting the job started on acceptance of the quote. Dewald ventured further than his suppliers to get expert advice on the specific moisture problems we were faced with, in turn informing us to get the best long-term solution at an affordable price. We were updated as the work progressed with videos, photos & telephone calls. The work was indeed completed in the envisaged time frame. Very neat, aligned where applicable (tiles eg) & workable (re-hanging of doors in new frames) emphasizing a high degree of professionalism & required structural knowledge. (see “on requesting a quote…”) The minor single elements (toilet flushed too little water e.g.) which were not to my expectations were dealt with rapidly and brought on par without further ado.
