I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. They fixed my laptop in a day!!! Very reasonable price and excellent customer service. I was helped by Mandla - he was amazing and even walked me back to my car with my laptop so that I felt safe (I'm a farm girlie). Don't go anywhere else for your laptop repair needs.

This company go above and beyond, the service I received was incredible! I need my laptop for work, and so the repairs were urgent and was so grateful for their friendly, efficient and well priced services. The team arranged to collect my laptop and within a few hours I had received feedback on the assessment and the quote to do the necessary repairs and recovering my data. This company was an absolute life-saver when I needed laptop repairs - and all the magic happens in a modest residential premises! Jack, one of the owners, took the time to make countless phone calls to me to explain all my options for repair, including prices for the parts I needed, and supplier lead time etc - and none of the work I needed cost very much They take all computer jobs very seriously regardless of the cost or profits for them. They kept me informed throughout the process which - because I needed certain parts to be ordered form overseas - took several weeks all in all. They will pick up and drop off your machine - anything to spare you extra stress during the stressful process of having a broken laptop. The work was carried out in an extremely professional manner and my machine is as good as new. In fact, I would've wasted a lot of money on a new machine if I hadn't taken Jack's advice and simply improved mine's speed by doing some software tweaks.

PRICELESS SERVICE. My son passed away Dec 2019. I hadn’t backed up priceless videos and photos of his last 6 months on my IPhone. When my iPhone 11 Pro Max screen got smashed I went to Istore Canal Walk and explained my story. Being unable to unlock the phone (dysfunctional screen) they couldn’t help. Replacing the screen would require wiping the data. I called Apple in the US and again explained my story and the value of the photos and videos to me which really were priceless. I spoke to the most senior people at Apple technical. They gave me the same answer and couldn’t help. With nothing left to lose I found Irepairer on the web, called them, explained and dropped off the phone. The most obliging and honest and humble people you can imagine - dealt mostly with Jack. They said they would give it a go and would not charge me irrespective of the hours they put in, if they couldn’t help. Where does that happen today?! Long story short, they tried many things over many weeks and they NEVER EVER gave up. Along the way I had constant communication from them to let me know what they had done and where they were and what they were going to try next. It was a process and it was clear they cared about my situation. They were putting in days and days of work with the likely prospect it seemed of getting zero reward for it. Long story short: today I not only have all the priceless photos of my precious boy back, but I have a functional phone with everything as it was before the accident. For labour they charged me less than a Dr earns in 1 hr. They knew from the outset I would have paid anything for these and yet there was never any question of them taking advantage of my situation or treating me any differently to the next customer. The most honest, competent, efficient, knowledgeable and decent people I have had the pleasure of doing business with in my life! These guys deserve your support! I had a 5 star experience with Jack and his co-workers. Broken Laptop delivered around 10.30 on Friday. By 11.30 I had a report and quote for fixing. By 3.30 the hinges had been repaired, the laptop formatted and all the information and software reinstalled.. Could not have been easier.!

They fixed my Lenovo Thinkpad which had a dead screen backlight at R1250.00 plus VAT in 2 days after Lenovo's South African official repairer, quoted me ±R36 000 and more than 6 weeks for the same repair. These guys can do component level repairs which is not only much cheaper, but also much quicker and more environment friendly.
