It's ok I guess. I bought a refurbished Dell laptop E6430 beginning 2020 and already by March this year 2022 charging block wasn't working. I took it in they assessed and recommended I have it replaced, I was ok with that until I brought it it for the job to be done as they recommended but then they tell the motherboard isn't responding meaning my laptop is finished and they suggest I buy a refurbished at R3650. I told them they have just assessed and said I needed to replace charging block and on the day I brought it in I had just used the laptop but now the say motherboard is damaged, how should I trust another refurbished one if the last time they sold me one never even finished two years. That is daylight rebbery in view. So whe I told my director who also needed to buy a second laptop, he decided not buy there and rather go to Makro. Personally I really liked the store until this incident 😕.

Really good prices, bought multiple cpus from them, although the Core 2 Quad Q9400s I ordered from them turned out to be faulty and would freeze the entire system then reboot shortly after. Tried it in 3 different LGA 775 machines with their latest bios. Really unfortunate, it seems they dont test the components enough, so as long as the cpu appears in the bios, they think its good to go, but they should in my opinion run the cpu for an extended period of time to verify full stability and functionality of that chip. It's possible that this faulty cpu just somehow got by their testing, these mistakes can happen.. Not sure if I would be able to get a refund, it was around R70, so it wasn't a huge loss. But everything else I have ordered from them has been perfect. Will still buy from Partserve.
