The physical store was beautiful and well located. However stock was limited (expect an 2-3 week wait on customs) and service was extremely poor - we were not attended to, blatantly ignored and overall we left feeling very disappointed.

I visited Medu by Sepedi with my sisters last month. Their traditional attire is beautiful, and of top quality - we bought four dresses and one T-shirt that day. However, I was disappointed by the service from one of the ladies who assisted us who repeatedly questioned and harrassed us about why we're holding so many dresses when we were waiting to use the fitting room. This behavior was disappointing, and off putting , especially since we traveled all the way from Pretoria. Unfortunately, due to this experience, I will not be returning as a customer.
