Gelique is such a unique shop/service provider. I cannot think of anything to recommend on how to improve their service, they simply get it. I hope they stay as busy as they currently are and keep doing what they do. Someone out there will always need a pretty dress and someone to make it with so much love and care. Firstly I was so impressed in the consultation, Christine assisted me with so many different options to add to my dress I didn't know what to choose. And then afterwards the level of service and assistance was 100%. When I got my dress it was perfect, you could see that it was a very good quality dress. I cannot recommend Gelique enough! They were incredible from start to finish. I had a last minute adjustment needed on my dress and they were more than accommodating to adjust the dress. Not to mention their pricing is extremely reasonable and affordable. I will definitely be using them again.

The staff were very friendly and attentive on the day of our consultation. The boutique itself was very neat and beautifully decorated. I know their dresses may be a bit more expensive than a normal infinity wrap dress for instance, but from personal experience I would definitely recommend getting their dresses instead. It worked out really well for my wedding as I had chosen one colour that worked with the wedding colours, but each bridesmaid could pick their own style that they felt comfortable and beautiful in. I would highly reccommend Gelique Pretoria Branch.

The dresses where beautiful and staff very friendly. However, their online system kept having a glitch. The system kept getting our order wrong so we needed to fix the order a few times. This resulted in our dresses being made later than expected as the system kept thinking the order was not finalised. It was a bit frustrating receiving the order confirmation that was incorrect a few times, which we needed to correct each time. We even had to phone in to tell the staff something is weird, which they kindly helped us with. But thereafter I received more order confirmations that showed incorrect specifications of our dresses. This made the whole waiting process quite frustrating. But atleast at the end, the dresses where beautiful and the staff was very helpful.

My bridesmaids and I were over-all happy with the service we received at Gelique. Visiting the branch and trying on dresses was such a highlight of my wedding planning experience! The only issue we had was when my bridesmaids went to collect their dresses, and my maid of honour's dress was completely the wrong measurement. There was a bit of a mess sorting that out, as we collected from the Randburg branch but everything had to go back to Pretoria for alterations. She finally received her dress a week before the wedding.

Gelique's dresses are very well made. They use quality fabric that is thick and comfortable - my bridesmaids absolutely loved their dresses! Gelique's service is great too, they were very helpful with fittings, providing fabric swatches and the ordering process is easy! I think their dresses are affordable and great value for money. Where do I even begin to say thank you and what amazing service I received from Gelique. Really… any brides DREAM to work with you!! I was so stressed about finding bridesmaids dresses and ties for the groomsmen, and then I was told to contact you and this was hands down the best advice I received and one of the things I was stressing about the most became the thing I had no stress about whatsoever!!!! All my questions were answered, received sample colours to make my colour choice super easy, and after sending in the measurements, I couldn’t wait to see them. My husband and I got married on the 10th of October in an intimate garden ceremony. I bought a wedding dress from Gelique at R1600. I was a bit sceptical as they didn't have a dress in store for me to see. The service was fantastic. The dress was ready in a week or so. Picking it up was also a seamless experience. Everybody absolutely LOVED this dress. I also could not believe how beautiful it was. It had a train that was actually quite long. I looked magical. I cannot thank the team enough!
