My daughters Tommee Tippee - CTN Perfect Prep went faulty after six months use and its something she can not do without. It was purchased from Takealot but to fast track the service turn around time I contacted Cadidbaby and spoke to Npumi and she suggested that I contact Alechia, and she was really fantastic and caring and requested the proof of purchase etc. Alechia said we could take the unit back to them for testing and if faulty the unit would be replaced. We did take the unit back the same day and Npumi tested the unit and confirmed that it was indeed faulty. Right there and then, Npumi gave us a new replacement and tested it before we left. We are extremely happy with the service received today. Thank you Alechia and Npumi.
