Bought a phone today. I received great service, the the lady who assisted me was very friendly and helpful. And I received a free R300 voucher which I used for a screen protector and cover. Excellent service!

Overall service was great. One employee named Kieyaam however was extremely unprofessional, often attempted to make as if I knew nothing about the phone I wanted to get, questioning why I want it (which was Apple). Went on to tell us that the only reason I want it is because it’s the trend when I really wanted it for the camera quality and overall experience. Anyways we had to return as they had to verify bank statements and upon returning, Kieyaam made the comment saying: “Oh, you came back? Did you harass your parents into getting you the phone?” Which I think is extremely unprofessional and belittling. Otherwise every other employee was super friendly and helpful. Hope you take this into consideration Cellucity! I want to say a major thank you to Wesley for conducting himself in a professional and helpful manner!

We had an entirely positive experience purchasing a new cellphone here today. Feeyaz was most helpful and patient. The price of the phone matched that for the same one on Takealot but going here had the additional advantage of getting it immediately and Feeyaz was also able to install and commission a new Vodacom simcard and helped setting up the phone.

I would recommend that you make your purchases at this store, they are not just about the commission. The customer service is AMAZING!!!Miguel and Kauthar have gone above and beyond to help me...Even walked me to my car because I was feeling a bit insecure about walking with my merchandise... GREAT WORK GUYS!!!! I left there feeling valued, I was excited about my purchases and they gave me value for money!!!
