I'm very impressed with my iPhone 11 it's big, looks new and has a battery life of 100%, I was given a charger, screen protector, ipods, and a charger for the ipods, delivery was 3 days and the guy I spoke to via DM was very nice and answered every question of mine, highly recommend buying from them

10/10 service. I was so anxious the entire time as it was getting delivered to Joburg however, Hamim Naby was patient with me and assured me that I would get my device which I did. 3/4 months update: I have encountered quite a lot of troubles with my device. The camera was the first - within 2 weeks my phone’s software started rejecting it. Second to go was my “hearing” speaker, it first fizzled then stop working all together so all my calls have to be taken on loud speaker. Third to go was my screen, it feels very loose 😂. I did reach out to the Mobitrade team and in order to get my phone fixed given that it is still in warranty they said to send it through to Durban to get it fixed, this is all lovely and well but my phone is my job! All this to say, be prepared 😊

I didn’t buy my phone cash but A R1000 deposit first and paid up the rest later. Communication was clear, response fast, both on WhatsApp and Insta. Love Love Love my iPhone ! It came very early & in perfect condition. Accesories in place as mentioned. Their service is great. They communicate, they respond messages. I would recommend anyone to buy from them. Update: 1. Please buy from them if you’re desperate for a phone at that time but for an iPhone I would suggest that people go purchase at iStore. My phone speaker is very very very veerrry low even if I have my volume on high it doesn’t help, I don’t even attempt to take calls when I’m in a noisy spot or in public because I know I can’t hear what the other person is saying. Very frustrating. 2. My headsets died a year after, and I realised after a while that they were not the originals from Apple but duplicates from China/Alibaba. 3. This one time, my phone was on 52%, suddenly froze and turned OFF. When I turned it back ON it was on 10% and I’m not even kidding. Thankfully, I was home and was able to recharge it immediately but imagine if this happens when you’re out and now your phone is low on power and you have to use it? Wow. 4. The 3 star rating is for their service. They definitely do deliver on time, they will not scam you or anything like that but the phones are Pre-used and if you ask me, not worth it. Next time I’ll save enough to buy from iStore. You get what you pay for.
