My iPhone 13 which was 6 months experienced an issue with the battery, where the screen started to lift up and not holding charge. Booked in for warranty claim, with Sandra. When inquiring at repairs for the time period for repairs Charity/Chatlotte? was very uninformative and unhelpful. Upon my request, her supervisor Werner was able to allay any concerns I had. He also informed me on a daily basis. Sandra (and then Themba) finalized the warranty. Unfortunately about certain staff that are not helpful but to Werner, Themba and especially Sandra. These staff are highly competent and definitely been seen as Assets to the Vodacom brand.

Great service from Willard, Sandra and a friendly sales accessories assistant! My iPhone network issues sorted in 5 minutes and a great customer experience doing a Samsung phone upgrade. Great work VODACOM Fourways keep it up Thank you - a 10 NPS points today!
