I did my Vodacom upgrade here and the service was excellent. Jeandre helped me with a lot of patience and understanding. He also informed me about deals and options I did not even know was possible. Jeandre is an honest man with integrity and is someone who wants the best for his customers. This branch are well worth a five star!

Brilliant service by an absolutely fantastic team. Samuel (Sam) provided all the information needed telephonically ahead of time and ensured that the device was reserved for pick-up. In store, I received incredible service from Byron at the request of Sam while he was attending to other customers. The entire process was smooth and very professional. The team has a brilliant sense of humor that led to some great conversations during the wait for data - transfer to happen. It was also heart-warming to see the amount of patience and care they have while helping older clientele. I am SO glad I stumbled upon this shop while doing research for my new phone. Having the best price on the device was a bargain, but the real win was the experience at the store. An absolute pleasure dealing with them and I will definitely refer friends to go there as well. I went to Cellucity today with my friend for the second time for an upgrade, and were we extremely happy. We were helped by Gabriel and he was great! He went above and beyond to help my friend get exactly what she wants. Not only that he helped me with any queries I had regarding my personal contract, and answered all my questions. He also assisted me with information about international roaming, which of course Vodacom, for some reason told me was not possible. We moved here recently and I went to the Vodacom on the top level for some help with a sim swap. And what were their words? "Sorry we don't do sim swaps here please go down to Cellucity" At first I was angry, because of course they were lying. But the I realized that was the best thing to happen to me. All upgrades since have been done at Cellucity. The team is extremely helpful, insightful and patient. Will never use another store for my upgrades. The store and team is amazing! Thank you Gabriel!

Great service from Hanno on 1 June, assisted us in upgrading to the latest iPhone contract. Only one complaint, too much paperwork. Vodacom already has everything on file, no need to have the consultant write everything out again, big waste of time.
