Huawei store was not able to assist me and did not even try to guide me in how to rectify. However Tsepho and Thato exceeded my expectations in helping immediately! Great service received at the Cellucity Melrose Arch last week. A simple visit just to look at what phones they have on offer ended with me being hooked on the store. On entry I was met by a guy named Mlulami (China) and he took me through the deals they have and specials. Even after mentioning i'm not buying, he remained patient and open to assisting. That got me hooked on the store and i will be returning to buy 2 phones for my kids. Kudos to you, China, for an EXCELLENT service.
