C. G.I am very impressed with the service I received from this store. I called in the morning to ask for assistance regarding an upgrade that my gran was due for. I asked if someone would please assist her as she was on route to the store, driving from a farm near ladybrand. I spoke to a wonderful lady by the name of Monique. She immediately offered her assistance telephonically and checked if they had stock available. She confirmed that Gran could go in and collect a new phone. Monique then called me back to ask if we would like to change the contract plan as the plan gran was on is a top up. I advised her to change the plan making it easier for gran to use the minutes and not have to load airtime.
The phone was collected and we are all very happy

F. v. S.I bought a new wi fi router there with the view of a longer battery life. R730 paid. But battery lasts only 4 hours. Much weaker than the old one, lasts only 3.5 hours. Me from Gauteng. Purchased on the 27 Dec 2018. Now what now, please help
