i had a problem with a router . went into the store and a young man said they only deal with cell phones i told him i have been trying for 2days to get in touch with the Lte dept. He went upststairs to there office . Then came back with the Right number. Then explained to me press no 2 then 4. . I got home Straight through to Lte dept Thats 5 star service It was not his dept but he helped me
