What a positive experience working with Neelan Koopan from beginning to end! Neelan prepared the brisket to perfection and the wagyu ribs were superb! Perfect texture and smoke ring - honestly the best I’ve ever tasted! Smoking brisket correctly is a fine art and Neelan nailed it! Cheryl Koopan makes the best chimichuri you have ever tasted and the side dishes were delicious not to mention authentic Texan banana pudding!

Neelan catered my birthday celebration with 40 mouths to feed. They did an awesome job with out of this world brisket that compares to the best I've had in Texas. Their side dishes and specifically the banana pudding was fantastic. Most memorable was their service and willingness to meet all our needs. I can recommend Up in Smoke for your next event.

Looking for some tasty BBQ! You have come the right place, Every dish we tried was a hit. The ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender, with a perfect balance of smokiness and sweetness from their signature sauce. The brisket was incredibly juicy and flavorful, melting in our mouths with every bite. great Service from start to finish !Give them a go !

What an amazing bbq we experienced last night! The ribs, chicken and beef brisket were out of this World! 🌎 🌍 🌏 The meat was better than anything we’ve ever had in 🇺🇸 America! Smoked to perfection! The owners were very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed for a memorable evening!! If you want a mouth 😋 watering meal….. Up in Smoke is definitely the place to go!!!
