SANI car rental was super affordable and helpful for my time in Joburg. The car I was given was also easy on fuel which helped. The only thing that could be more efficient is I needed to switch cars from manual to automatic and they couldn’t do it in office they had to call a department which added about a 35-45min wait for them to do the switch on their end

I have always rented from SANI and i must say that from booking a vehicle to collecting it and returning it the process is very seamless. What really helps is when you have great communication with the staff over the phone to the way you are treated when collecting/returning the car. I always use the Randurg branch and I would like to give a huge shout out to Thabang & Boipelo for always assisting with a smile and always making me feel welcome. See you guys soon!

On the whole the experience was good, but I thought I had saved time completing forms online but I could not add secondary driver, that slowed us down and we had an appt to make.
