J. M.Good service I received from day 1 until the 30th day. The stuff are very friendly and informative. I would definitely do business with them again.
A. J.I was exteemely unhappy about the return procedure as well as the security guard and with return inspection.
The do a mirror test at the bottom of the car but they do not do one at the beginning when you take the car.
Luckily they did pickup the claimed scrach on previous reports.
They have to be consistent in what they do ...
If they charge for damages remove the damaged part and take it home with you .. you will be paying for it anycase

The car drop off is quick and if everything is ok, you get your reserved amount back with a few days. Overall I am happy with the service.
