The service from this branch has been nothing but exemplary. My i20 has been serviced by the Paarden Island branch twice and on both occasions there were no complaints from my side. Arrive early in order to get your vehicle booked. I chose to wait for my vehicle and it took about two hrs to complete the service. Those who chose to leave there vehicles were whisked off to there respective places of employment by the very helpful and friendly drivers. I recently discovered that three of my light bulbs had fused. Without an appointment I drove into the branch to determine if they assist me. Brittany Brian at reception immediately asked one of the supervisors to check the lights and he reported that the globes had fused. Brittany check my if my maintenance plan covered the bulbs and within minutes I was back on the road having not spent a cent on the repair. Thank you to the team at Hyundai for a memorable and very pleasant experience. In addition to the review above - I have now taken my car in for a repair and service. Had to have the Oxygen sensor replaced and decided to do the vehicles service at the same time. Korne was the consultant who dealt with the booking. Everything, from the replacement of the Oxygen sensor to the major service was handled impeccably. I was given a time frame and on arrival back at the Paarden Island branch the car was cleaned and all the work was completed.

We received amazing service from Sizwe! He helped us after we were able to make a booking for the Monday on the Saturday, but didn’t realise we needed to await confirmation and arrived at 7am in the morning. He explained the situation, kept us updated and helped us to ensure the car was still serviced on the day.

Very helpful staff. Showed us all the options, were willing to bring test vehicle to my home, and although I didn't buy a vehicle there, I was left impressed with the service. Clean and efficient waiting area with complimentary beverages. Service agents are effective keeping queues and waiting times tolerable. If you need to make use of the courtesy bus to drop you at work after booking in your car, it is best to plan ahead.

Multiple returns to fix a simple issue with my cars spark plugs. Will try the foreshore branch next time. Also their call system doesn't work well. Reception can't handle transfers to the service department when things are busy.
