What an amazing service from the team at Hi5 Auto Centre and Luan in particular. Words cannot express how grateful I am, right from the airport pickup, test drive, entertaining my 100’s of questions, seamless processing of the paperwork and finally the assurance that all will be well as I drove the vehicle back to Jhb. The vehicle itself was a bonus. Exceptional value for money, mechanically sound and drives like brand new. Firstly, WOWWWW!!! For the first time in my life I am struggling to find words that would describe my experience in any place that offers a service. However I am going to try. Lets leave the car out for now. From the very first phone call I made to this dealership, to the signing of my last document, I am so taken back by the wonderful service I had received. Boy was I lucky to have a salesman such as CLINT, who has nurtured this process so professionally and seamlessly that I actually have goosebumps typing this. Clint is the ULTIMATE salesman. He could even qualify to be a "super-hero" of car sales in my books ;) Clint left nothing to chance and paid attention to every detail, right down to the spare tyre. Kept reassuring me of every concern or rather question I had, and even though he had to go on duty to JHB, he called me and told me what would be the process, timeously and left me in extremely capable hands. I felt at home. I had no anxiety of buying a car whatsoever. Now the car. What a beauty!. I am enjoying driving her and the features are phenomenal. I feel as if I'm sitting in and driving a brand new car! Clint attended to my every need when buying a car. There's no such thing as waiting. Everything happened in a matter of 2 days, actually I could say 1 day since I took ownership of the vehicle early morning the very next day. I also own an Audi which was bought from brand new and NEVER EVER received this type of service. HI5 AUTO CENTRE, I couldn't thank you enough, even for the gift I received from Clint upon receipt of the vehicle. You guys are going to the top and I know you will be UNSTOPPABLE!!!
